Returns and Exchange

We at Al Khat Al Asfar strive to offer you a rich shopping experience with us.

All items are eligible for a full exchange/refund if you change your mind within 10 days of receiving the products given the product is un-used, un-damaged or un-tampered in any form and is in its original packaging.

We work hard to ensure every product delivered to you is thoroughly inspected, free of defects and packaged with utmost care. However, if you receive a product that is damaged/flawed, incorrect or different compared to the product listed, you are entitled to a replacement/refund within 10 days of receiving the product.

To return the product, you may either ship the product to us yourself or contact us to arrange a pickup. If you choose to return a product, shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, or item not as described). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost. The product should be returned to us in the same condition as received; in its original box with accessories and all other items originally included. Any product returned with missing above-mentioned components will not be considered for replacement/exchange/refund.

In case of replacement, if the same product is not available, you will be offered an exchange/refund.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment and will only be initiated once the product has been received at our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team for refund eligibility. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Warranties

We do not offer the official brand warranty. We do provide a 12-month warranty against defects that may arise after the purchase of the product. Our warranty obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part that may occur. We may replace the product or refund you according to market price of the product as determined by us.

Warranty-claims-related shipment charges will be solely borne by the customer.
