Welcome to Al Khat Al Asfar. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. General

  • This website is owned and operated by Al Khat Al Asfar, a UAE-based business.
  • These Terms apply to all users of our website and all transactions made through our online store.

2. Products

Al Khat Al Asfar sells renewed (refurbished) laptops in a physical condition characterized by the following:

  • Minimal to no signs of use
  • Screen is flawless or near perfect
  • Body may have very light, barely visible marks
  • Fully tested and 100% functional
  • Battery health: 85% or higher. Charger may be original or generic.
  • Generic packaging
  • Product descriptions and images are for reference only. Minor variations in appearance may occur.
  • Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across all Emirates using reliable courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery fees may apply in some circumstances and are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • All return related costs including the shipment fee will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, or item not as described). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Warranty

  • All laptops come with a 3-month limited warranty, depending on the product.
  • Our warranty obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part that may occur. We may replace the product or refund you according to market price of the product as determined by us.
  • Warranty claims do not cover:
    • Software issues
    • Battery degradation over time
    • Accidental or liquid damage
    • Physical damage after delivery
  • Warranty-claims-related shipment charges will be solely borne by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Al Khat Al Asfar shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business disruption.
  • Our total liability is limited to the original purchase amount of the product.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy. Customer information is handled in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.
  • We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any legal issues shall be resolved through the relevant UAE courts.
